The
requests have the PCT International application numbers, the applicants’
and the inventors’ names and addresses only.
And then you file the Japanese translations within two months from the filing date of the requests.
B. Japanese patent applications with
Paris Convention Priorities(WIPO-DAS)
You file the requests and the English
claims, description, abstract and drawings in PDF format within one year from the earliest
priority date.
The requests have the application
numbers in your country, the applicants’ and the inventors’ names
and addresses only.
And then you file the Japanese translations within two months from the filing date of the requests.
The applicants basically need not to file the powers of attorney and/or assignment deeds in the Japanese Patent applications, Japanese Utility Model applications, Japanese Trademark applications and Japanese Design applications.
