You can file the request of the national phase Japanese patent application based on the PCT International application without the Japanese translation within 30 months from the earliest priority date and then you will file the Japanese translation within two months from the Japanese filing date.

Furthermore if you miss the 30 months due date and the 30 months due date expires on or after April 1, 2012, you may revive the national phase Japanese patent application under the prescribed condition.

Furthermore you basically need not to file the power of attorney and/or assignment deed in the Japanese Patent applications, Japanese Utility Model applications, Japanese Trademark applications and Japanese Design applications.
